Sizing and fit
What's the weight capacity?
Every Stealth chair is rated for up to 400 lbs: the Standard, Standard Executive, Pro, Pro Executive, and Performer.
Should I get the Standard or the Pro?
Choose the Pro if you're 6′0″ or taller, or 200 lbs or heavier. Choose the Standard if you're under both. If you're close to either line, size up to the Pro. Still unsure? Take the 60-second fit quiz or call us.
How high does the chair go?
Every chair comes with two cylinders, so you can set it for desk height or console height. For standing-height consoles, add the Extra Tall Cylinder (30–40″) with the Adjustable Footring.
Ordering and shipping
How fast will my chair ship?
Chairs ship from Nashville, TN or Centennial, CO within 48 business hours of your order.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted at checkout. Put the chair in your cart and start checkout to see the exact cost before you place your order.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes. All European orders go through our distributor, Universal Distribution. We ship to Europe directly only if Universal can't ship to you. For other countries, shipping is calculated at checkout, and import duties or tariffs are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns and warranty
What's your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be new, unused and unaltered, and special or custom orders can't be returned. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us right away. See the full Refund Policy.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
The warranty covers all parts against manufacturing defects for 5 years.
Do I need to register my chair?
No separate registration is needed. Keep your order confirmation. It's your proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
Repairs and parts
My chair squeaks or creaks. How do I fix it?
Lubricate all metal-on-metal contact points with a silicone-based lubricant. Our squeak and creak fix guide shows exactly where to look. For other noises, wobbles or worn parts, see Fix My Chair to match your symptom to the right part.
My chair sinks when I sit down.
That's a worn gas cylinder. Order a Replacement Cylinder in your height, or step up to the Extra Tall Cylinder.
How do I assemble or take the chair apart?
Assembly takes about 5–15 minutes. Step-by-step videos are on our How to Repair page.
Do the casters lock?
The TourMax caster set includes one locking caster. If you want the chair to stay put, Chair Glides replace the casters entirely.
Can I add a cup holder?
Yes. The BevCage mounts to your chair's arm and keeps your drink off the console.
