Front of House & Live Sound Chairs for Touring Engineers

Festival stages, arena tours and 14-hour show days on plywood decking, cable ramps, grass and concrete. Your mix position changes every night, and you spend the whole show leaning in over the console — usually on whatever chair the venue had lying around. Office chairs and gaming chairs weren't built for any of it.

Stealth was. Designed for the forward-lean mixing position and built with commercial-grade construction that survives the truck, Stealth chairs have worked front of house and monitor world on national tours.

Why live sound engineers choose Stealth

  • Forward-lean seat built for leaning in over the console all show
  • 4" TourMax casters on Pro models for cable ramps, decking and rough floors
  • Two piston heights included for raised FOH desks and risers
  • Non-reflective midnight black that won't catch stage light
  • 400 lb capacity, 5-year warranty, every part replaceable — ships within 48 business hours

Built for Every Position on the Show

FOH Engineers

Mixing the show from the house position, night after night, on a different floor in every city.

Monitor Engineers

Side-stage mix positions with tight space, cable everywhere and a chair that has to keep up.

Lighting Designers & Programmers

Pre-show programming marathons and the show itself. See our guide for lighting and stage techs.

Venues & Production Companies

House mix positions and rental inventory that need to hold up to every engineer and every load-in.

Road-Ready Features for FOH and Monitor World

  • Casters built for the road. 4" TourMax casters roll over cable ramps and rough decking instead of catching on them, and each set includes one locking caster. The Stealth Pro and Pro Executive ship with them, and they're sold separately for any Stealth chair.
  • Height for any riser. Two piston heights are included — a desk height and a taller touring height. For the highest FOH positions, add the X-Tall cylinder and adjustable footring.
  • Dark at the mix position. Midnight black is non-reflective, so the chair won't catch stage light or distract from the show.
  • Room on a tight riser. A compact profile with no headrest, and tool-free 4D arms that come off when space is short.
  • Serviceable on tour. Every part is stocked and replaceable, so road damage means a quick replacement part, not a new chair.

Trusted on National Tours

Stealth chairs have worked FOH and monitor world on tours for John Fogerty, Rascal Flatts, The Band Perry, Hunter Hayes and LeAnn Rimes. Every model is rated for 400 lbs and backed by a 5-year warranty covering all parts against manufacturing defects.

FOH Chair FAQ

Will the casters handle cable ramps and stage decking?

Yes. The 4" TourMax casters included with the Stealth Pro and Pro Executive are built for cable ramps, plywood decking and uneven floors, and they're sold separately for any Stealth chair.

Can it reach a raised FOH riser?

Every chair includes a taller touring piston. For the highest positions, add the X-Tall cylinder and an adjustable footring.

What if something breaks on tour?

Every part is replaceable and in stock, and chairs and parts ship from Nashville, TN or Centennial, CO within 48 business hours.

Does it work for lighting programmers too?

Yes. Programming and running a lighting desk is the same forward-lean posture as mixing, and the taller piston and footring suit raised lighting positions.
